Hope Tech 4 V4 Disc Brake - Without Rotor - Braided - Black/Blue

The brand new Tech 4 V4 is based on over 25 years of Hope's experience in designing and manufacturing hydraulic braking systems. The Tech 4 uses all new internal seals to reduce friction and the wheel axle on roller bearings, allowing for a reduction in spring speed. The lower stiffness of the spring in turn offers a lighter lever action, reducing rider fatigue while maintaining our legendary feel and modulation. The updated V4 caliper uses hybrid stainless steel pistons with a phenolic insert that allows for smoother movement and less maintenance, while being able to handle high temperatures without heat transfer during extreme use.
