What is the SpeedFun Ribelle tuning kit for TQ HPR50 ebike?

SpeedFun Ribelle is a tuning for ebikes with TQ HPR50 motors that allows you to increase the speed of the ebike by removing the limit set at 25 kmH. With SpeedFun Ribelle, the active assistance is increased to speeds that can exceed 60 kmH, fully exploiting the potential of the motor.

This speed unlock device for ebikes is designed for TQ HPR50 motors regardless of the display installed on the ebike. This system is mostly used on ebikes from brands like Trek, Pinarello, BMC, Simplon, Mondraker, Fantic, and many others.

The tuning for SpeedFun ebike Ribelle shows all real data on the display/app and can be activated or deactivated by pressing a simple key sequence directly on the handlebar control or on the ebike display. The activation and deactivation of the device is indicated on the display. The unlocking device is supplied with original connectors for easy and quick installation.

SpeedFun Ribelle for TQ HPR50 is available in two versions:

  • – Version for ebike with handlebar control: compatible only and exclusively with ebikes equipped with a control to select the assistance level on the handlebar.
  • – Version for ebike without handlebar control: compatible only and exclusively with ebikes without a control to select the level of assistance on the handlebar.

Once the SpeedFun speed unlock device is installed, the electric bicycle, exceeding the limit of 25 km/h, is equated to a moped and as such, if it circulates in public places, it requires homologation-registration by the Civil Motorization, is subject to the payment of the circulation tax and insurance coverage, must have a license plate, cannot circulate on bike paths, and the driver is required to have a driving license and must wear a helmet. Furthermore, riding a motorized bicycle equated to a moped that does not comply with the aforementioned provisions results in the administrative seizure of the vehicle and monetary penalties that vary depending on the violation committed. The manufacturer of the speed unlock system disclaims any responsibility for any damage caused to the pedal-assisted bicycles on which the device is installed as well as for direct or indirect damage to persons or property.
SpeedFun – Phase B snc disclaims any responsibility for any anomalies caused by the anti-tuning defenses that engine manufacturers may activate.
Please note that modifying the bicycle may void the manufacturer's warranty.

 

SOFTWARE COMPATIBLE WITH SPEEDFUN DEVICES

The operation of SpeedFun devices is guaranteed for the software versions of the e-bikes released up to the date of purchase of the device itself.
If the e-bike is subsequently updated with software for which the SpeedFun device was not designed, it may not function properly.
Before updating your engine, it is necessary to check compatibility with your SpeedFun device.
