The Garmin Varia RTL515 is a rear-view radar with tail light designed to increase safety during every bike ride. By detecting approaching vehicles from behind up to 140 meters, it allows the cyclist to constantly monitor traffic, offering greater awareness of the surrounding environment.

Compatible with Garmin Edge® bike computers, smartphones, selected Garmin smartwatches, and a dedicated radar display, the Varia RTL515 sends visual, audible, and haptic alerts, allowing you to focus solely on riding.

The powerful tail light also ensures daytime visibility up to 1.6 km, making the cyclist easily noticeable by motorists even from a long distance.

Maximum safety thanks to the rear radar

The Garmin Varia RTL515 radar detects approaching vehicles up to 140 meters away, promptly alerting the cyclist via the associated device.

This system allows you to know the traffic conditions behind you in advance, significantly increasing safety during training and road rides.

When used with a compatible smartphone, Garmin Varia RTL515 integrates with third-party applications such as Ride with GPS, allowing you to view rear radar alerts directly on maps.
