Following the usage suspension notice issued on July 12, 2025, and after careful analysis and the definition of a structured resolution process, Dt Swiss officially announces the product recall. We wish to inform you that DT Swiss is recalling certain wheel models from the ERC, CRC, and HEC series with rim profiles of 35 and 45 mm, as well as models from the ARC series with rim profiles of 50, 55, and 65 mm. Although the initial usage suspension notice concerned only some ERC, CRC, and HEC models, the recall now also includes ARC models produced at the same facility. Even though no defects have been reported for this model, thorough quality checks have detected production issues similar to those previously identified in the ERC/CRC/HEC models.
