Weighing only 77 grams, it is the lightest bottom bracket ever made by Bikone. The high-strength 7075 aluminum construction, combined with hybrid ceramic bearings, helps reduce weight and promote smoother, more efficient rotation.

Aero Design: Integration and Aerodynamics

One of the distinguishing features of the Bikone BSA Ceramic Aero TDF Limited Edition is the special Aero Cup.

One of the two cups features a completely smooth outer surface, free of the traditional external grooves for mounting. The grooves required for installation are, in fact, positioned internally.

This solution reduces air flow turbulence in the bottom bracket area and ensures more aerodynamic integration with the frame.

7075 Aluminum Construction

The bottom bracket is made from 7075 aluminum, a high-strength aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, subjected to T6 treatment.

The use of this material allows for weight reduction without compromising performance and component strength.

At only 77 grams, the Bikone BSA Ceramic Aero TDF Limited Edition is the lightest bottom bracket ever produced by the brand, with a 15-gram reduction compared to the previous model.

Hybrid Ceramic Bearings

The bottom bracket uses ABEC5 / P5 – 2RS hybrid ceramic bearings, designed to ensure smooth and efficient rotation.

The bearing construction is designed to offer consistent performance and reduce resistance during pedaling.

Complete Protection

To ensure greater protection for internal components, the bottom bracket is equipped with axial seals on the bearings and O-rings, which help to fully protect all surfaces.

Also included in the package are two additional seals specifically for high humidity conditions.
