KTM Gravelator Master – The carbon gravel bike for those who want to push every limit

Adventure and performance, in perfect balance

The KTM Gravelator Master represents the evolution of the modern gravel bike: light, fast, and ready for anything.
Part of the new KTM Gravelator Carbon series, this model takes the gravel experience to the next level, combining cutting-edge technology and absolute freedom of riding.

At the heart of the bike is the new Gravelator x1/R6980 carbon frame, designed with the FIS – Full Integrated Storage system: an internal compartment in the down tube that allows you to safely store tools, snacks, or spare parts, keeping the line clean and aerodynamic.

Comfort and control on every terrain

The frame geometry, updated for the 2026 model, guarantees a balanced riding position, comfortable on long distances but always ready to react on technical sections.
Thanks to the Flexibridge system, fender installation is quick and stable, making the Gravelator Master ideal also for bikepacking outings or for those who want a versatile bike all year round.

This bike is designed to face any adventure: from endless dirt roads to mixed routes, up to the most challenging trails.

Shimano GRX Di2 Electronics: precision and smoothness without compromise

The KTM Gravelator Master is equipped with the Shimano GRX Di2 RX827-12 group, the latest generation of electronic gravel drivetrains.
Every shift is precise, instant, and silent, even under load.
The Shimano GRX RX610-12 crankset with 40T chainring and the Shimano SLX M7100-12 (10-51) cassette offer a wide range of gears to tackle steep climbs and long flat stretches with maximum efficiency.

The Shimano RX825 / RX820 hydraulic disc brakes ensure power and modulation, while the 160 mm Freeza CL700 rotors guarantee heat dissipation and consistent performance even on the longest descents.

DT Swiss carbon wheels and Maxxis Reaver tires

The Gravelator Master mounts DT Swiss GRC LOG Carbon CL wheels, lightweight, stiff, and ready for adventure.
The Maxxis Reaver Hypr-X EXO TR 45-622 tires offer grip, comfort, and speed, ideal for both compact dirt roads and mixed terrains.

Every element of the KTM Gravelator Master is designed to ensure high performance and absolute comfort:
from the ergonomic KTM TEAM Gravel 16° handlebar to the KTM Tape for optimal grip, up to the Fizik Terra Argo X5 saddle, perfect for long road and off-road adventures.

A Complete Guide to Bike Sizes

Foreword: Not all bike sizes are the same

Each type of bike has a specific frame and often uses a different size scale. For example, a road bike with a 54cm frame might be considered a medium size by one brand, but a large by another.

Bicycle adjustment margins

Some types of bikes, like gravel bikes, offer a wide range of adjustments, adapting to different body types. Other models, however, have limitations in this regard. This is an important aspect to consider.

How to use size charts

We've created a simple guide to help you find the right bike size:

  1. Check out our size charts for each bike type.
  2. Learn more with specific tips to help you make the right choice.

Size Charts: Find Your Perfect Bike

Gravel and road bikes

Sizes are based on the length of the top tube (in cm), which determines the reach of the bike.

Cut Recommended height Horizontal tube length
XS Up to 157 cm 48-50 cm
S 157-167 cm 50-53 cm
M 168-178 cm 53-56 cm
THE 178-185 cm 56-58 cm
XL Over 185cm 58-62 cm

For gravel, measurements may vary slightly due to different geometries, but remain similar.

Mountain bike

MTBs are measured in inches, based on the seat tube.

Cut Recommended height Size (in inches)
XS Up to 157 cm 14"-16"
S 157-167 cm 15"-17"
M 168-178 cm 16"-19"
THE 178-185 cm 18"-20"
XL Over 185cm 20"-23"

Sizes also vary depending on the type of MTB: full-suspension , hardtail or fat bike .

Children's bikes

The size depends on the size of the wheels, often associated with age:

Age Wheel Size
1-3 years 12"
2-4 years 14"
4-6 years 16"
5-8 years 20"
8-10 years 24"
Over 10 years 26"/27.5"

What to do with half measures?

If you are between two sizes:

  • Comfort : Choose the larger size.
  • Performance : Go for the smaller size.

Final tips for choosing

  1. Consult the manufacturer's instructions : Always check the brand's guidelines.
  2. Ask an expert : a specialized workshop can help you choose based on your height, ideal reach and goals.
  3. Test the bike : If possible, test the model you intend to purchase.
