The GT Winter Booties use the same NEOS material coupled with a membrane that we use for our winter jackets, ensuring total protection for your feet and ankles on the coldest winter days.
Over the past seasons, we have tested the water repellency, stretch and breathability of NEOS softshell fabrics, which have been successfully used on our jackets, and we believe that these properties are also suitable for the matching shoe covers.
Fabrics : The main material used is the double layer ThermoShell fabric. It is a softshell coupled with a polyurethane membrane and a circular mesh perforations that makes it more breathable, without sacrificing thermal insulation. The outer layer is treated with a DWR water repellent to add an extra level of protection.
Construction : In addition to the twinDeck two-layer construction, these shoe covers are designed with a self-locking hidden zip (cam lock) and a zeroCuff edge that guarantees softness and no friction between the legs and the fabric, further enhancing the aerodynamic profile of the shoe covers.
