Vittoria Air-Liner Light Road Tubeless Insert

Vittoria Air-Liner Light Road is the ultralight tubeless insert designed for high-performance road cycling. Developed to maximize speed, stability, and safety, this insert improves tire bead support, protects the rim from impacts, and guarantees run-flat functionality, while maintaining the smoothness and comfort demanded by the most discerning cyclists.

Thanks to a special foam formulation and an innovative hexagonal profile, Air-Liner Light Road fits perfectly inside the tubeless tire. During normal riding, the insert remains compressed, ensuring maximum rolling efficiency without affecting performance.

In case of a puncture, when air pressure drops, the foam expands supporting the tire from the inside. This allows you to keep riding in run-flat mode, keeping the tire bead properly seated: an ideal solution to finish a race or return safely during training.

Compared to the previous Air-Liner Road, the new Light version introduces an improved foam formulation and a larger diameter, further increasing run-flat capability. It also provides a 5% higher resistance to low-pressure burping compared to the previous model and 28% compared to use without the insert, reducing the risk of bead unseating and improving overall safety.

Tested and used in the World Tour, Air-Liner Light Road offers TLR bead stability and run-flat support up to 50 km (30 miles).
