Outright speed has always been the goal of the Demo, and with the Demo Race it's no different.
It features a new frame design with flexible wheel sizes that allows riders to take advantage of a 29-inch front ra and a 27.5-inch rear wheel. It is a special combination tested extensively by world champion Loïc Bruni in search of the perfect balance between grip and handling, but only recently approved by the UCI. That didn't stop Demo Race from taking both the Downhill World Championship and overall World Cup titles in its very first season.
Now Specialized offers the same winning combination out of the box.
