By purchasing this service together with your bicycle, we offer you an exclusive pickup experience, designed for those who desire the utmost comfort and a tailored service.
We arrange a dedicated private transfer from the main airports of Northern Italy — Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate, Milan Bergamo Orio al Serio — or directly from your hotel. Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by our staff and personally escorted to the shop, without waits or worries, for the delivery of your bicycle.
Once in the boutique, we will take the necessary time to:

check together the measurements and setup of the bike,

explain every technical and functional detail,

prepare the bicycle for your return in complete safety.
Upon request, we also offer additional services of professional packing, either in a protected box or with a Scicon case for sports luggage, ideal for air transport.
Once everything is ready, we will escort you directly to the airport, or to your hotel to continue your stay with your new bicycle.
