In case of delivery of goods inside damaged packages or envelopes, it is essential to accept the goods with RESERVE.
At the time of order delivery, we recommend that you:
- Carefully check the packages and their quantity.
- Report to us immediately any damages that can only be found after the opening of the packages.
- In case of DAMAGED PACKAGES: accept the goods with “reservation: damaged / opened / wet / dirty / etc...”
- In case of MISSING PACKAGES: accept the goods by writing on the handheld device or on the courier's paper receipt “specific reserve - missing package/s.”
"If the possibility to make a SPECIFIC RESERVATION as indicated in the points above is not provided, it is advisable to REFUSE THE GOODS and inform us immediately. In any case, any damages/anomalies must be reported to us by no later than" 5 days from the receipt of the goods.
Order Management
Francesconi Bike communicates the correct receipt of the order by sending a copy of it to the email address provided by the customer during the ordering process.
This confirmation message will display all the data entered by the customer, who commits to verifying its accuracy and promptly communicating any corrections, as well as the details of the ordered products.
The quantities of the items listed on the website www.francesconibike.com in 99% of cases correspond to the actual ones available in our warehouses, but in cases of simultaneous orders of the same item by multiple users, there may be instances of unavailability; in these cases, our team is committed to promptly contacting the customer to propose the following:
- An alternative product of equal quality level at no additional cost;
- Wait for the supply of the missing item and the related communication of waiting times;
- Partial refund for the amount of the missing item;
- Full refund for the order amount in case the customer wants to cancel the order.
Order fulfillment
All orders received by 1:00 PM (Monday to Friday) and paid via PayPal or credit card will be processed and handed over to the chosen courier at checkout on the same day, and delivery to your home will occur within 1 to 2 days. For Sicily, Calabria, and Sardinia, the time frame is 2 to 3 days, while for abroad, delivery will take 3 to 5 days.
Francesconi Bike relies on TNT and BRT couriers in Italy. Foreign orders are entrusted to FedEx and BRT.
Francesconi Bike will select the courier for order shipments on a case-by-case basis, relying on the courier that guarantees the most efficient service.
For all orders regarding bicycles without the purchase of the Bike Assembly service, they will be shipped in the original box and as they are sent to us by our supplier, while purchasing the separate service of Bike Assembly may extend the preparation time of the package up to 7 working days to allow our mechanics to carry out the assembly.

FOR ITALY
All orders under €99.00 have a fixed cost of €6.89. Bike shipping in Italy for only €39. For all other products, free shipping over €99.
In the case that the order concerns a bicycle, it is possible to purchase the assembly service separately, at a cost of €59.00 : Assembly .
Otherwise, the bike will be shipped in a box as it arrives from our distributor, subject to a general check.
The assembly of a bike for shipping takes about 1 or 2 working days.
Traceability
Once your order has been entrusted to the courier TNT, GLS, Fedex, DHL, we will send you the tracking code via email.
