Campagnolo introduces its first aerodynamic Disc Brake wheel with a 60 mm profile dedicated to attracting speed-loving cyclists. A high profile, able to transfer all the aerodynamic advantages derived from our research and development studies to the road. The design of each component of the wheel allows maximum aerodynamic penetration: the obstacle wind is transformed, at certain angles, into a precious ally of the athlete.
Carbon rims with unidirectional finish with rounded profile optimized in the wind tunnel, new aerodynamic aluminum hubs, USB ceramic cone-shell system. Each design choice is born with a single purpose: to optimize performance. The 19mm internal width rim profile generates a perfect fit with 23, 25 and 28mm tires. Thanks to the 2-Way Fit technology, Campagnolo guarantees total compatibility with both clincher and tubeless tires. The upper deck without holes, obtained by means of the patented Momag system, allows a weight saving, an increase in stiffness and today also an aid to the use of the tubeless: no sealing tape is necessary. Wheel maintenance and cleaning when changing tires have never been easier.
The purpose of these wheels is extreme performance, the Campagnolo mantra is reliability: the G3 spoking with doubling of the spokes on the left at the front guarantees balanced and safe braking in all conditions.
