Important notice for Bianchi customers
Bianchi has launched a safety recall campaign concerning certain models of bicycles and handlebars Impulso RC, following a quality check that revealed a potential structural defect.
The safety of cyclists is the highest priority: therefore, we invite all customers to carefully read the information below and follow the provided instructions.
Bianchi products affected by the recall
This recall campaign concerns the following Bianchi products:
Bicycles

All Bianchi IMPULSO RC bicycles purchased and delivered up to 20 November 2025, equipped as standard with the Impulso RC handlebar. The models involved are identified by the codes YTB84, YUB80 and YUB81, verifiable on invoice, receipt or warranty documentation.
Components

Bianchi Impulso RC integrated carbon handlebars, in all sizes, identified by the codes C2306238 and C2306226. The handlebar code is visible directly on the component (see position indicated in the image, area circled in blue).
Why is the product potentially dangerous?
During a recent quality control inspection, Bianchi identified a defect in the integrated carbon fibre handlebar, fitted as standard on Bianchi Impulso RC bicycles purchased up to 20/11/2025.
This defect could cause the handlebar to break during use, resulting in safety risks for the cyclist.
What to do immediately
If you own one of the products listed above:

Stop using the bicycle immediately, if equipped with the Impulso RC handlebar

Do not use the Impulso RC handlebar under any circumstances

Contact an official Bianchi dealer to arrange an appointment. The handlebar will be replaced free of charge. You can find the list of official Bianchi dealers at the following link:

Free handlebar replacement
In accordance with Article 37 of Regulation (EU) 2023/988, the Bianchi dealer will provide the handlebar replacement free of charge.
