The new Specialized Shuffle 2 LED helmet is designed to safely accompany young cyclists on their first two-wheel adventures. Thanks to collaboration with the KTH Royal Institute of Technology and the MIPS protection system, this helmet integrates the latest innovations in child safety, comfort, and visibility.

Advanced safety based on science
Children's head shape is different from adults': it is more fragile and growing. For this reason, Specialized collaborated with KTH and MIPS to precisely analyze the behavior of the child's skull through advanced simulations (FEA).
The result? The Shuffle 2 LED helmet contains 18% more low-density foam, increasing protection, with an overall size increase of just 5%.

The MIPS system (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) reduces rotational forces that can occur during an impact, significantly improving brain protection. The Essential Core version is discreetly integrated into the helmet for maximum effectiveness and comfort.
Integrated rear LED light
On the back of the helmet is integrated a LED light, ideal for increasing the child's visibility in the evening hours or in low light conditions. The design is discreet, lightweight, and well integrated, so kids wear it gladly… and parents feel more at ease.
