Advanced electronic shifting and total control
The Dual-Control ST-R9180 lever allows you to operate the derailleur directly from the brake lever, enabling shifting from multiple positions and even while braking. This ensures maximum efficiency and pedaling continuity, reducing distractions and improving overall performance.
Made from CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic), the lever offers lightness, structural rigidity, and the ability to adjust the grip width, perfectly adapting to the rider’s style and morphology.
Shimano Synchro Shift Technology
Thanks to the SHIMANO SYNCHRONIZED SHIFT mode, only one button per lever is needed to automatically and intelligently manage the rear derailleur and front derailleur. The system autonomously decides which derailleur to operate, optimizing the gear ratio in every situation.
