For escaping on backcountry trails, away from traffic and crowds, or for going all out on your favorite gravel race, the Diverge is perfect. The fastest, most capable, and most fun gravel bike we've ever made. It's snappy and agile under pressure, stable and confident when the terrain gets rough. It has gravel geometry, and plenty of tire clearance. Everything Specialized has learned about road and off-road has been used to create the Diverge, destined to write a new chapter in the gravel category.

The Diverge Elite features an E5 Premium Alloy frame and a full FACT carbon fork. Everything you need to ride fast, confidently and comfortably on the road, gravel and off-road. With a Shimano GRX 400 2x10 gravel-ready drivetrain, Axis Elite alloy wheels wrapped in 35mm Specialized RoadSport tires, the Diverge E5 Elite is extremely capable and versatile.

  • The Diverge’s E5 Premium Alloy frame is light, stiff, and strong. Paired with a full FACT carbon fork, this Diverge is light, lively, and versatile.
  • Specialized decided to break away from traditional gravel geometry. The new Diverge has the most progressive geometry ever created for a road bike, creating a bike that’s capable and stable off-road, yet snappy and agile on the road. They increased the reach, introduced a slacker head tube, and adopted a fork with a longer offset. A shorter stem keeps the front end short for a lively ride. They also included a low bottom bracket for added stability, while still allowing you to run 650b tires if you prefer.
  • The frame is ready for rack mounting, including fork and top tube mounts, to make carrying easy on any long-distance journey.
  • Nothing makes a bike more versatile than the ability to run wide tires. The new Diverge has 47mm of clearance when running a 700c wheel, and 2.1" with a 650b wheel. By using a solid carbon insert behind the drive-side chainrings, Specialized has created more clearance without increasing the length of the chainstay or creating a low, flimsy chain stay.
