The Specialized Purist Insulated Chromatek Fixy 2.0 23oz is a next-generation thermal water bottle for cycling, designed to keep drinks cold for longer and ensure maximum taste purity, even during the hottest and most intense rides.
The new Purist Insulated features the innovative Chromatek™ liner, a proprietary insulating barrier that lines the core of the bottle and effectively keeps liquids cold. The new compressible materials provide unmatched flexibility, making the bottle extremely easy to use even in full action.
Like all Purist bottles, the Insulated Chromatek version is also equipped with an internal coating of amorphous silicon dioxide (SiO), infused directly into the inner wall. This treatment creates a glass-like finish, completely natural and inert, which prevents drinks from staining the bottle, leaving aftertastes or absorbing odours. Moreover, it protects the water from plastic taste even on the hottest days, offering a drinking experience comparable to that of a perfectly clean glass.
The updated Fixy 2.0 cap completely removes the push/pull system: just aim and squeeze. The Heart Valve™ self-sealing valve, fully leak-proof, ensures a high flow and better mouth comfort, thanks to the ergonomic design of the spout. The redesigned grip pattern gives a modern look and further improves ease of use.
