The Assos Winter neck warmer is made of insulating and breathable Circular Seamless fabric. Designed for high intensity winter racing and late season cyclocross racing. Made with the same material as the Assos winter cap, the single-layer design keeps the heat on the face and neck. Furthermore, thanks to its high breathability, it guarantees thermoregulation, allowing excess humidity and heat to escape. This prevents the feeling of bitter cold caused by the accumulation of moisture inside.

Assos garments are designed with the riding position in mind. Some of the Assos models are specially designed for cyclists with an athletic build. The Assos cuts are anatomical, according to the AEPD (Advanced Ergonomic Pattern Design) system. Assos designs its garments paying attention to the protection and comfort of the cyclist without exceeding the pressure points. The best way to feel the anatomical precision of Assos is to put on the clothes and get on the saddle: you will feel the clothes adapt perfectly to your cycling posture. Of course, the feeling off the bike will be less comfortable.
It is recommended to choose the correct size for maximum comfort. A garment that is too big could cause irritation and an uncomfortable feeling due to creases or excess fabric, as the ALS system of the Assos sizing system would not work correctly. If the garment is too small, overstretching the seams will increase the pressure and make it uncomfortable.
Usage tips:
- Do not force the seams to put on Assos garments
- Position the clothes correctly before riding, especially the chamois and other pressure points, without forcing the seams or joints
- Assos garments are designed for cycling. Because of this, the risers may pull while standing, but once in the saddle, the excessive pressure disappears. If not, check that the size is correct.
- Avoid pulling excessively on the head to urinate (men). It is advisable to iron the fabric on the abdominal and shoulder straps, leaning forward to reduce the tension on the seams
- Circular keeping the distance from branches and shrubs in order not to damage the fabric
Washing tips:
- Wash Assos garments separately to avoid friction with other fabrics and preserve their specific properties.
- Always separate light garments from dark ones
- Before each wash, turn the clothes inside out to keep the inside out
- Assos garments can be washed in the washing machine using a protective bag and a washing program for delicate items (max 30ºC)
- Do not use fabric softener or aggressive products with fabrics. Always use liquid and neutral soaps (for example Assos Active Wear Cleaner)
- Do not iron or wring Assos garments to remove excess water
- Do not tumble dry. Leave to air dry, away from sunlight.
Storage:
- After each use, place Assos garments in a well-ventilated area; however, it is advisable to wash them immediately after use
- Dry and store avoiding direct sunlight
- Do not store garments in damp or closed environments (avoid plastic bags, sports bags, etc.)
- In case of profuse sweating, it is advisable to rinse the garment in cold water after each use. This will protect the fibers from bacteria that could ruin the fabric.
