The Garmin Varia RearVue 820 is a rear light with integrated smart radar, designed to significantly increase safety during road and gravel rides. Equipped with the most powerful and accurate Garmin radar, it offers a wider field of view and even more reliable alerts, even when you stop or slow down.
The radar system detects approaching vehicles up to 175 meters away, while the rear light ensures visibility up to 2 km, making you clearly visible even in bright daylight conditions. The brake light function automatically alerts those behind you when you are slowing down or stopping, further enhancing safety.

Thanks to advanced radar technology, Varia RearVue 820 detects approaching vehicles with greater accuracy, providing visual and audible alerts on compatible Edge® bike computers, selected Garmin smartwatches, and via the Varia™ app on smartphones.

High visibility rear light and brake light
The rear light is visible up to 2 km. The integrated brake light automatically detects decelerations and activates a dedicated flashing sequence to warn those behind.
