A perfect choice for fast, flat road races or windy triathlons, this wind-cutting carbon wheel features progressive aerodynamic technology and stable ride quality. The rim is designed with a 65mm deep and 26mm wide NACA profile.
The wide, rounded shape of the Cosmic SL 65 rim was developed through countless hours in the wind tunnel to produce the lowest aerodynamic drag possible without sacrificing crosswind stability. The new refined spokes make it 80g lighter than its predecessor, the Comete Pro Carbon UST Disc. The new rim bottom shape makes fitting tubeless or tube tires easier than ever. The new Infinity hub platform optimizes spoke lacing for efficient power transfer through highly controlled spoke tension. The Instant Drive 360 freewheel, combined with automatic bearing preload (QRM Auto), guarantees rapid engagement, high rigidity and greater durability.
These wheels have been designed specifically for disc brakes, with optimized spoke count and lacing. They are offered in Center Lock only and are compatible with 12mm thru axles that convert to quick release with the included adapters. They are available for Shimano or SRAM XD-R cassettes and can be converted to Campagnolo with an optional guide body.
