In case of delivery of goods inside damaged packages or envelopes it is essential to accept the goods with RESERVE .

Upon delivery of the order we advise you to:

  • Carefully check the packages and their quantity
  • Immediately notify us of any damage that can be found only after opening the packages
  • In case of DAMAGED PACKAGES: accept the goods with " subject to: damaged / open / wet / dirty / etc .. package ".
  • In case of MISSING PACKAGES: accept the goods by writing " specific reserve - missing package/s " on the handheld or on the courier's paper slip.


If you are not given the opportunity to affix SPECIFIC RESERVE as indicated in the points above, it is advisable to REFUSE THE GOODS and notify us immediately. In any case, any damages/anomalies must be reported to us no later than 5 days after receipt of the goods.

Order management

Francesconi Bike communicates the correct receipt of the order by sending a copy of the same to the e-mail address communicated by the customer during the order.

This confirmation message will re-propose all the data entered by the customer, who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, and the details of the products ordered.

The quantities of the items shown on the website www.francesconibike.com in 99% of cases correspond to the actual quantities available in our warehouses, but in cases of simultaneous orders of the same item by multiple users, there may be cases of non-availability; in these cases our team undertakes to promptly contact the customer to propose the following:

  • An alternative product of the same quality level at no additional cost;
  • Wait for the supply of the missing item and relative communication of waiting times;
  • Partial refund for the amount of the missing item;
  • Full refund for the amount of the order in case the customer wants to cancel the order.

Order fulfillment

All orders received before 1.00 pm (Monday to Friday) and which have paypal or credit card as payment methods will be handled and entrusted to the courier chosen during checkout on the same day and delivery to your home will take place within 1 or 2 days, for Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia the times are 2 or 3 days while for foreign countries the delivery will take place from 3 to 5 days.

Francesconi Bike relies on TNT, GLS and DHL couriers in Italy. Foreign orders are entrusted to Fedex, DHL and GLS.

For all orders concerning bicycles without the purchase of the Bike Assembly service, they will be shipped in the original box and as they are shipped to us by our supplier, while by purchasing the separate Bike Assembly service, the preparation times for the package could be extended by 1 o 2 working days to allow our mechanics to check that the bicycle inside the box is intact and equipped with all the accessories.

Shipping cost

FOR ITALY

All orders below €90.00 have a fixed cost of €6.89, while shipping is free for orders above €90.00.

If the order concerns a bicycle, it is possible to purchase the assembly service separately, at a cost of €45.00 : Assembly .

Otherwise, the bike will be shipped in a box as it arrives from our distributor, after a general inspection.

Fitting a bike for shipping takes approximately 1 to 2 business days.

Traceability

Once you have entrusted your order to the TNT, GLS, Fedex, DHL courier, we will send you the traceability code by e-mail.

For more information, you can directly contact the branch of the courier you chose during checkout.
