To use the tensioner, simply remove the bicycle's rear wheel, insert the thru-axle from the opposite side of the drivetrain, and slide the Pocket Sprocket onto the 12mm thru-axle. Then, simply place the chain in the appropriate groove and secure the thru-axle as you would during normal wheel installation.

Once installed, the device allows for easy cleaning and lubrication of the chain, chainrings, and derailleur, keeping the drivetrain stable during maintenance operations. Furthermore, the Pocket Sprocket protects the frame by preventing scratches caused by the chain during bicycle transport.
