The Shimano Dura Ace Di2 ST-9180 electronic lever is a special Dual-Control lever for time trial and triathlon handlebars. The shifting process can be activated with your hands on the brake lever. The ST-9180 allows you to shift from multiple positions and during braking. The lever is made of CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) and offers the possibility to adjust the width of the grip. Thanks to the Synchro Shift mode, one button on each STI is enough to operate the shifter and front derailleur. The system decides whether to shift with the rear or front derailleur.
