ButterCups measurably reduce high frequency vibrations by 20%. The piston rods inside the fork are mounted in vibration-absorbing rubber cups. Limiting these vibrations significantly reduces hand and arm fatigue, for a cooler feel and greater control.
Safety valves prevent an unwanted increase in air pressure in the dive tube caused by changes in altitude or temperature. With the push of just a button or two, the pressure relief valves restore the fork's quality feel.
