SpeedFun Furious Evo is an ebike tuning that allows you to remove the 25 kmH speed limit by fully exploiting the potential of the Brose engine adopted by Specialized.

This speed release device is specifically designed for Specialized Turbo Levo, Turbo Kenevo, Turbo Tero, Turbo Como and Turbo Vado ebikes equipped with a Brose engine (officially “Turbo 1.1”, “Turbo 1.2”, “Turbo 2.1” and “Turbo Full Power System 2.2”) and of TCU (CTU1) and MasterMind TCU (TCU2).

All SpeedFun Furious Evo speed release devices can be activated and deactivated at any time and without the need for connections to the light output.

What is SpeedFun Furious Evo ebike tuning for Specialized Turbo Levo, Kenevo, Tero, Como and Vado?

The function of the Furious Evo tuning device for Specialized is to electronically manipulate the rotation speed of the rear wheel and to communicate to the engine a speed always lower than 25 KmH in order to obtain a very high real speed with the engine active. The maximum speed limit will therefore be dictated by the engine power added to the power expressed by your legs.

When the tuning device is active, not having communication with the TCU, it will show the halved data on any display (or app) starting from a certain threshold.

SpeedFun Furious Evo can be activated and deactivated as desired and maintains the setting even after the ebike is turned off. It can be installed on Specialized Turbo Levo, Turbo Kenevo, Turbo Tero, Turmo Como and Vado ebikes with Brose engine (officially “Turbo 1.1”, “Turbo 1.2”, “Turbo 2.1” and “Turbo Full Power System 2.2”) equipped with TCU1 or TCU2 “MasterMind”.

The Furious Evo tuning device for Specialized can be activated/deactivated with a very practical system (for more information see the instructions). The device is supplied plug and go ready to use and can be installed very simply thanks to the compatible connectors with which no physical modification of the ebike is necessary.

Attention - Important notice

Once the SpeedFun speed release device has been installed, the electric bicycle, exceeding the 25 kmH limit, is equated to a moped and as such, if it circulates in public places, it requires approval-registration by the Civil Motorization Authority, it is subject to the payment of road tax and insurance coverage, it must have a license plate, it cannot circulate on cycle paths and the driver is obliged to drive with a license and must use a helmet. Furthermore, driving a motorized bicycle equivalent to a moped that does not comply with the aforementioned provisions entails the administrative seizure of the vehicle and financial penalties that vary depending on the infringement committed. The manufacturer of the speed release system declines any responsibility relating to any damage caused to the pedal-assisted bicycles on which the device is mounted as well as direct or indirect damage to people or things.
SpeedFun – Phase B snc declines all responsibility for any anomalies caused by anti-tuning defenses that engine manufacturers may activate.
Please remember that modifications to the bicycle could invalidate the manufacturer's warranty.

SOFTWARE COMPATIBLE WITH SPEEDFUN DEVICES
The operation of the SpeedFun devices is guaranteed for the software versions of the ebikes released up to the date of purchase of the device itself.
If the ebike is subsequently updated with software for which the SpeedFun device was not designed, the device may not function.
Before updating your engine you need to check compatibility with your SpeedFun device.
